If they qualify for the same gift level, they will receive one gift at that level;- For worshipers of martyrs mentioned in Point c, Clause 2, Article 1 of Decision 56, each martyr's worshiper will receive one gift;- For the representative of the martyrs' relatives, if there is only one surviving member among all the relatives, they will receive one gift. In cases where there are two or more surviving relatives, one person will be appointed to receive one gift on behalf of the others.
