After reaching an agreement, the Central Post Office shall be responsible for submitting the draft Connection Contract to the Ministry of Information and Communications before signing.- Within 07 working days from the date of receipt of the draft Connection Contract, the Ministry of Information and Communications shall provide written feedback to the Central Post Office concerning the content of the draft Connection Contract.- In case the content of the draft Connection Contract is unclear or not in compliance with legal regulations, the Ministry of Information and Communications shall request the Central Post Office to provide an explanation and clarification.
