Selection of organizations and individuals in the consultant network of small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam

The Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam issued Circular No. 06/2019/TT-BKHĐT on guidelines for organization and operation of consultant network, consultancy support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) through consultant network.

According to Circular No. 06/2019/TT-BKHĐT of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, the selection of organizations and individuals in the consultant network of SMEs is prescribed as follows:

SMEs shall choose, access, negotiate and conclude minutes of settlement of consulting services with members of the consultant network. The minutes of settlement of consulting services contain:

- Name and communications of SME; consultant.

- Consultancy contents and scope.

- Rights and obligations and duties of parties in minutes of settlement of consulting services.

- Time limit and schedule of performance of consulting services.

- Service charge and method of payment: clarifying the consulting charge remission amount seeking funding from the state budget.

- Expected results of consulting services.

- Other agreements in respect of consulting services.
