Article 5 of the Draft Circular stipulates the application of the salary table for professional titles of public employees such as sound technicians, broadcasters, film editors, and camera operators in the Information and Communication sector as follows:

- Professional title of sound technician grade I, broadcaster grade I, film editor grade I, camera operator grade I shall apply the salary coefficient of public employee category A3, group 1 (A3.2) from salary coefficient 5.75 to 7.55;

- Professional title of sound technician grade II, broadcaster grade II, film editor grade II, camera operator grade II shall apply the salary coefficient of public employee category A2, group 1 (A2.2) from salary coefficient 4.00 to 6.38;

- Professional title of sound technician grade III, broadcaster grade III, film editor grade III, camera operator grade III shall apply the salary coefficient of public employee category A1, from salary coefficient 2.34 to 4.98;

- Professional title of sound technician grade IV, broadcaster grade IV, film editor grade IV, camera operator grade IV shall apply the salary coefficient of public employee category B, from salary coefficient 1.86 to 4.06.
