Circular 12/2017/TT-BLDTBXH has been issued by the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, stipulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from secondary and college levels.
According to the provisions in Circular 12, the objective when stipulating the minimum volume of knowledge and the output standards for intermediate and college levels aims:
- To disclose to society, learners, and employers the standards of professional competence, specialized knowledge, practical skills, cognitive abilities, and problem-solving capabilities, as well as the types of jobs that learners can take on after graduating from each educational level based on the specific fields and occupations.- To strengthen the relationship and cooperation between schools and businesses in training and employing labor, meeting the needs of businesses and the labor market.- To serve as a basis for schools to develop, revise, and supplement training programs in accordance with the regulations on the minimum volume of knowledge and the competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels for each specific field or occupation.
