the Government of Vietnam promulgates Decree 110/2017/ND-CP on the organization and operation of the inspection in the field of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
Decree 110 stipulates the policies for inspection work reports as follows:
- The Ministry Inspectorate reports to the Minister and the Chief Government Inspector of Vietnam on inspection work, complaint and denunciation resolution, citizen reception, and anti-corruption within the scope of assigned responsibilities according to the provisions of the law.- The head of the agency assigned to perform specialized inspection functions reports specialized inspection work to the Ministry Inspectorate for consolidation and reporting to the Minister.- The Department Inspectorate reports to the Director of the Department, the Chief Provincial Inspector on inspection work, complaint and denunciation resolution, citizen reception, and anti-corruption; and reports to the Chief Ministry Inspector on specialized inspection work, complaint and denunciation resolution, citizen reception as prescribed by law.- The periodic reporting regime on inspection work, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation resolution, and anti-corruption is implemented according to the provisions of the law.
