Regime of Inspection and Supervision for the Sustainable Poverty Reduction Program

The reporting, inspection, supervision, and evaluation of the implementation of the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2016-2020 period shall be carried out as follows:

- Inspection report: Within 10 working days after the conclusion of the inspection, the Ministries, sectors, central agencies, and local levels shall submit the report to the Program Standing Agency at the same level.- Supervision report: By July 15 (for the 6-month supervision report) and by March 15 (for the annual supervision report), the Ministries, sectors, central agencies, and localities shall submit the report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, and the agencies in charge of projects, sub-projects, and activities.- Initial, mid-term, and final evaluation reports:

- By December 15, 2016, the Ministries, sectors, central agencies, and localities shall submit the initial evaluation report (2016) to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, and the agencies in charge of projects, sub-projects, and activities;- By December 15, 2018, the Ministries, sectors, central agencies, and localities shall submit the mid-term evaluation report (2016-2018 period);- By September 15, 2020, the Ministries, sectors, central agencies, and localities shall submit the final evaluation report (2016-2020 period).

- Ad-hoc report as requested by the management agencies of projects, sub-projects, and activities under the Program.
