Receipt of Complaints in Civil Judgment Enforcement

Circular 02/2016/TT-BTP was issued by the Ministry of Justice on February 01, 2016, to specifically stipulate the receipt of denunciation petitions in the execution of civil judgments.

Circular 02 stipulates that applications can be received from the following sources:

- Applications submitted by agencies, organizations, and citizens to the receiving department; suggestion boxes; hotlines; the citizen reception locations of the agency, unit, or directly presented to the authorized person in written form;- Applications forwarded by the Communist Party, the State, members of the National Assembly, members of the People's Council, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its members, the press agencies, and other agencies;- Applications sent via postal service.

Additionally, Circular 02 also stipulates that the applications received from the above-mentioned sources must be logged into a register or entered into a computer database system for management and monitoring. The storage of records and data backup on computers is carried out in accordance with legal regulations.
