Provisions on Deployment of IMT Mobile Information Systems

Accordingly, the deployment of the IMT mobile information system is regulated by Circular 04 as follows:

- For frequency bands 824-835 MHz, 869-880 MHz, telecommunications enterprises are permitted to deploy the IMT standard mobile information system (WCDMA and subsequent versions, LTE, LTE-Advanced and subsequent versions).- For frequency bands 880-915 MHz, 925-960 MHz, 1710-1785 MHz, 1805-1880 MHz, telecommunications enterprises are permitted to deploy the IMT standard mobile information system (EDGE, WCDMA and subsequent versions, LTE, LTE-Advanced and subsequent versions).- For frequency bands 1920-1980 MHz, 2110-2170 MHz, telecommunications enterprises are permitted to deploy the IMT standard mobile information system (WCDMA and subsequent versions, LTE, LTE-Advanced and subsequent versions).- In the event that new technology deployment alters radio emission compared to regulations in the issued Frequency Band Use License, telecommunications enterprises shall follow procedures to amend and supplement the content of the Frequency Band Use License as per regulations.- Telecommunications enterprises conducting trials or official deployment of the IMT standard mobile information system in the mentioned frequency bands are responsible for complying with the terms in the trial network license for telecommunications using radio frequency, public telecommunications network establishment license, telecommunications service provision license, frequency band use license, and other relevant legal regulations.
