Procedure for Reissuing Business License for Physical Exercise Activities

Decree 106/2016/ND-CP was signed and promulgated by the Government of Vietnam on July 1, 2016, stipulating the conditions for sports business activities.

According to Decree 106/2016/ND-CP, the re-issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility for Business in Sports Activities is carried out as follows:

- The enterprise submits 01 set of application documents to the Certification Authority where the business location is registered.- The Certification Authority provides the enterprise with a receipt of the application. In cases where the application needs amendments or supplements, the Certification Authority shall notify the enterprise directly or in writing of the contents that need amendments or supplements within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the application.- Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the complete application, the Certification Authority shall appraise the application and re-issue the Certificate of Eligibility. In cases where the re-issuance is not granted, the Certification Authority must provide a written response stating the reasons.
