- Based on the achievements in learning and training of the students, the student classes compile a list accompanied by the individual and collective class achievements, confirmed by the class advisor, and propose it to the faculty or unit in charge of student affairs for consideration;- The faculty or unit in charge of student affairs organizes meetings, examines, and proposes it to the Commendation and Discipline Council for students of the higher education institution for approval;- Based on the proposal of the faculty or unit in charge of student affairs, the Commendation and Discipline Council for students of the higher education institution organizes the evaluation and proposes it to the head of the higher education institution to recognize the titles for individuals and collective classes of students.
