Principles for Developing Standards in the Natural Resources and Environment Sector

When there are changes in technology or other factors that render the norms no longer suitable for practical requirements, organizations and individuals applying the norms are responsible for reporting to the Ministry for consideration of adjustment or establishment of new norms accordingly.- The norms of similar work steps in professional tasks of different fields under the state management scope of the Ministry must ensure consistency, without differences or conflicts.- Ensure centralized uniformity in state management of the Ministry regarding the work of establishing norms; encourage and promote the initiative rights of organizations and individuals participating in the establishment of norms in the natural resources and environment sector.
