Plant Quarantine Apparel: What Does It Include?

Circular 30/2015/TT-BNNPTNT stipulates that the uniforms of plant quarantine officers include:

- Uniform clothing:

- Spring-Summer pants and shirts: Dark navy blue pants, styled as trousers; white shirts, styled as blousons with collars, short-sleeve or long-sleeve.- Autumn-Winter pants and shirts: Dark navy blue pants and shirts. Pants styled as trousers; shirts styled as coat with two lapels, tall upper collar, 4 pockets with flaps, a row of buttons in the same color as the pants and shirts (K-82 style of the armed forces, hereinafter abbreviated as K-82).- The inner shirt worn under the autumn-winter shirt is a long-sleeve, white, stand-collar shirt.- Dark navy blue winter coat, styled as a trench coat with two large lapels for insignia; 02 slanted side pockets, and a row of buttons.- Specifically for females, pants can be replaced by dark navy blue skirts, knee-length.

- Tie: Standard style tie, dark navy blue color.

- Hat:

- Kepi hat: Black brim, green band, and dark navy blue body and cap.- Soft hat: Dark navy blue, styled as the soft hat of the armed forces.

- Shoes and sandals:

- Black leather shoes, low ankle, medium height soles for both spring-summer, autumn-winter uniforms.- Black back-strap sandals, medium height soles for spring-summer uniforms.

- Document bag: Black document bag, with a flap.

- Other uniforms: Other uniforms include rubber boots, gloves, protective clothing, white coats, raincoats, belts, face masks… provided as per regulations.
