- District 1 (13 streets), including: Cao Ba Quat, Dong Du, Le Lai, Truong Dinh, Phan Chu Trinh, Phan Boi Chau, Thu Khoa Huan, Hai Ba Trung, Nguyen Cu Trinh, Nguyen Du, Huyen Tran Cong Chua, Ngo Duc Ke, Ho Huan Nghiep.

- District 5 (04 streets), including: An Duong Vuong, Tan Da, Tran Binh Trong, Pham Huu Chi.

- District 10 (06 streets), including: Le Hong Phong, Cao Thang, Nguyen Gian Thanh, the alleys on both sides of the Vuon Lai park (alley 781 Le Hong Phong and alley 16 Tran Thien Chanh), alley 51 Thanh Thai, the alleys around Z756 Park (alleys 283 and 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam).
