- The activities of the Department of Execution, the Execution Division at the military zone level are carried out according to monthly, quarterly, and yearly work plans.- Annually, the Department of Execution develops the civil execution work plan of the Execution Sector, the Execution Division at the military zone level develops the civil execution work plan, and the departments and offices under the Department of Execution develop the work plan of their respective agencies and units to submit for approval by the competent authority.- In cases of plan adjustments or sudden tasks, the agencies or units must report to the competent authority that approved the plan for consideration and decision.- Monthly and quarterly, based on the annual work plan and assigned tasks, the agencies and units shall develop and implement the work plan.

Circular 01/2018/TT-BQP is effective from March 25, 2018.
