New Regulations on Output Standards for College-Level Education

To be specific, the output standards for college-level students are stipulated in detail by Circular 12:

Knowledge:

- Broad practical and theoretical knowledge within the scope of the training sector or profession;- Basic knowledge of politics, culture, society, and law to meet professional work and social activity requirements within the specialized field;- Knowledge of information technology to meet job requirements;- Practical knowledge of management, principles, and methods of planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring, evaluating the processes of execution within the scope of the training sector or profession.

Skills:

- Cognitive and creative thinking skills to identify, analyze, and evaluate information within a broad scope;- Professional practice skills to solve most complex tasks within the scope of the training sector or profession;- Effective communication skills to convey information, ideas, and solutions to others in the workplace;- Proficiency in foreign languages at level 2/6 according to the Vietnamese language proficiency framework.

Autonomy and Responsibility:

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, solving complex tasks in changing work conditions;- Ability to guide and supervise others in executing defined tasks; take personal responsibility and responsibility for the group;- Ability to assess the quality of completed work and the performance of group members.
