New Regulations on Organizational Structure of the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam

According to Decree 50, the organizational structure of the Inspectorate the Government of Vietnam includes 18 units, specifically regulated as follows:

1. Legal Department
2. Personnel Organization Department
3. International Cooperation Department
4. Planning and General Affairs Department
5. Office
6. Department of Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Processing
7. Department of Inspection, Complaint Handling, and Accusation Handling for the Economic Sector (Department I)
8. Department of Inspection, Complaint Handling, and Accusation Handling for Internal Affairs and General Economy (Department II)
9. Department of Inspection, Complaint Handling, and Accusation Handling for Culture and Society (Department III)
10. Inspectorate, Complaint Handling, and Accusation Handling Bureau for Region 1 (Bureau I)
11. Inspectorate, Complaint Handling, and Accusation Handling Bureau for Region 2 (Bureau II)
12. Inspectorate, Complaint Handling, and Accusation Handling Bureau for Region 3 (Bureau III)
13. Anti-Corruption Bureau (Bureau IV)
14. Central Citizen Reception Committee
15. Institute for Inspection Science and Strategy
16. Inspection Newspaper
17. Inspectorate Magazine
18. Inspection Academy
19. Information Center.

Notes:

- The units specified from Section 1 to Section 14 are the units assisting the Chief Inspectorate the Government of Vietnam in performing state management functions; the units specified from Section 15 to Section 19 are the public service providers.- The Legal Department and the International Cooperation Department have 02 divisions; the Planning and General Affairs Department and the Department of Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Processing have 03 divisions; the Personnel Organization Department has 04 divisions; the Office has 05 divisions; Bureau I, Bureau II, Bureau III have 04 divisions; Bureau IV, Central Citizen Reception Committee have 05 divisions.- The Central Citizen Reception Committee has its own seal and a standing division at the Headquarters of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the State in Ho Chi Minh City.

Decree 50/2018/ND-CP is effective from May 29, 2018.
