New Regulations on Loan Application Files for Employment Support for Business Establishments

According to the new regulations, loan application documents for job creation support, maintenance, and expansion for production and business establishments include:

1. Loan project.

2. A copy of documents proving that the production and business establishment belongs to the priority subjects as stipulated in Point a, Clause 2, Article 12 of the Employment Law are guided as follows:

- For production and business establishments employing 30% or more of total employees who are disabled persons, a copy of the Decision on recognition of production and business establishments employing 30% or more of total employees who are disabled persons issued by the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs is required;- For production and business establishments employing 30% or more of total employees who are ethnic minorities, the required documents include: a list of employees who are ethnic minorities, copies of identity cards or passports or household registration books or temporary residence books, and copies of labor contracts or recruitment decisions of the employees on the list;- For production and business establishments employing 30% or more of total employees who are both disabled persons and ethnic minorities, the required documents include: a list of employees who are disabled persons and ethnic minorities, copies of disability certification documents of disabled employees issued by the Commune People's Committee, copies of identity cards or passports or household registration books or temporary residence books of ethnic minority employees, and copies of labor contracts or recruitment decisions of the employees on the list.
