New Principles on Admission Using National High School Graduation Exam Results

Principles for Admission Using Results of the National High School Examination for Teacher Training Groups are amended and supplemented as follows:

- Candidates who meet the conditions stipulated in Article 6 of the Regulation and meet the requirements of the school have the right to register for selection (RKXT);- Candidates are allowed to register without limitation on the number of preferences or schools and must arrange preferences in descending order of priority. In the first round of admission, for each school and field, candidates are considered equally based on their exam results, regardless of the priority order of the registered preferences except as stipulated at point c clause 1 Article 13 Circular 05. For each candidate, if registering for admission to multiple schools/fields, the selection is made in order of priority of the preferences; the candidate will only be admitted to the highest priority preference possible among the registered preferences. Candidates registering for admission to schools under the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense, in addition to these regulations, must also comply with the relevant Ministry's regulations and guidelines;- The admission score is the total score of the exam/subject on a scale of 10 for each exam/subject in each admissions combination, added with the priority points for the category and region as stipulated in Article 7 of the Regulation, and rounded to two decimal places. For candidates with the same admission score at the end of the list, admission is granted according to additional conditions announced by each school; if the candidates still exceed the quota, priority is given to the candidate with the higher preference;- Schools may conduct multiple admission rounds in a year, and the admissions plan for each round must be announced on the school's website and the Ministry of Education and Training's Admission Portal at least 10 days before the candidates register for consideration.

By the 1st of the months March, May, July, August, September, November, schools must update the list of admitted candidates and the list of enrolled candidates for admission rounds on the school's website and the Ministry of Education and Training's Admission Portal.
