Minimum Conditions for Implementing All Administrative Procedures at the One-Stop Department

The Office of the Government of Vietnam recently issued Circular 01/2018/TT-VPCP providing guidelines for the implementation of several provisions of Decree 61/2018/ND-CP on the implementation of the single-window and interconnected single-window mechanisms in the handling of administrative procedures.

According to the new regulations, administrative procedures are carried out entirely at the One-Stop Division when meeting at least the following conditions:

- Not subject to the provisions at points a, b, Clause 5, Article 14 Decree 61/2018/ND-CP.- Permitted to decentralize or delegate to the One-Stop Division, officials and public employees at the One-Stop Division to review, appraise, verify records and approve the results of administrative procedure resolution.- The One-Stop Division has sufficient resources and other necessary conditions to perform the tasks and authority delegated or authorized.
