The content is detailed in Circular 182/2016/TT-BTC regulating the rates, collection policies, remittance, management, and use of the fees for visiting the historical site of Independence Palace.
According to the provisions of Circular 182/2016/TT-BTC, the management and use of the visitation fee for the Independence Palace historical site are as follows:
- The fee collecting organization is allowed to retain 90% of the total collected fees to cover costs as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 5 of Decree 120/2016/ND-CP; 10% of the collected fees must be submitted to the state budget.
Additionally, Circular 182 also guides the declaration, collection, and submission of the visitation fee for the Independence Palace historical site as follows:
- No later than the 5th of each month, the fee collecting organization must send the collected fees from the previous month to the fee-holding account pending state budget submission, opened at the State Treasury.- The fee collecting organization must declare and submit fees on a monthly basis and settle accounts annually according to the guidance in Clause 3, Article 19 and Clause 2, Article 26 of Circular 156/2013/TT-BTC.
