Management and Monitoring Dossier on Rescue and Salvage Activities of the Facility

Accordingly, the Circular has specifically stipulated the components of the documentation for managing and monitoring the rescue and salvage operations of the facility and other subjects in accordance with legal provisions as follows:

* Documentation for managing and monitoring rescue and salvage operations includes:

- Regulations, internal rules, procedures, directive documents, and guidance on rescue and salvage;- Technology layout diagrams, technical systems, and materials with a risk of incidents or accidents of the facility; layout diagrams of areas prone to accidents;- Decision on the establishment of a civil defense team, the facility fire prevention and fighting team, the specialized fire prevention and fighting team; list of individuals assigned to perform rescue and salvage tasks;- The facility’s rescue and salvage plan that has been approved; report on the results of organizing the drill for the rescue and salvage plan;- Inspection records on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue, and salvage; documents proposing and recommending measures for rescue and salvage work;- Logbook for tracking the work of propaganda, fostering, and professional training in rescue and salvage; activities of the civil defense team, the facility fire prevention and fighting team, the specialized fire prevention and fighting team; logbook for tracking rescue and salvage equipment;- Statistics and reports on rescue and salvage work; records of incidents, accidents, and other related documents (if any).

* Documentation for managing and monitoring rescue and salvage operations at the facility is combined with documentation for managing and monitoring fire prevention and fighting activities.
