- Consideration and enhancement of seniority allowance beyond the scale and other allowances (job seniority allowance, position allowance, hazardous allowance, and other types of allowances) for officials;- Salary positioning for officials in cases of: probation, recruitment, rotation, secondment, detachment; grade promotion, professional grade promotion, and other similar cases;

- Other benefits for officials in accordance with the law or issued by the inspected entity;

- Other contents specified in Decree 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004, of the Government of Vietnam and guiding documents; Decree 76/2009/ND-CP dated September 15, 2009, of the Government of Vietnam and guiding documents; Article 16 of Decree 90/2012/ND-CP dated November 5, 2012, of the Government of Vietnam and other legal regulations on salary policies for officials.
