- Before October 15 annually, the user of forest environment services shall submit a plan for payment of forest environment services for the following year to the Forest Protection and Development Fund.- No later than 15 days from the end of the quarter, the user of forest environment services shall prepare a statement of payment for forest environment services and send it to the Forest Protection and Development Fund.- The user of forest environment services shall make quarterly payments; the deadline for payment is no later than 20 days from the end of the quarter for Quarters I, II, and III; no later than 45 days from the end of the quarter for Quarter IV.- No later than 50 days from the end of the year, the user of forest environment services shall summarize the payment situation and send it to the Forest Protection and Development Fund.
