- Develop plans to regularly organize cultural activities for students;- Allocate funds from the regular budget, other lawful sources; enhance physical facilities, equipment; create favorable conditions for students to participate in cultural activities within the school and at cluster, national levels as prescribed;- Closely coordinate with mass organizations and local management agencies; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Vietnam Student Association, Vietnam Youth Union, and other organizations in the school to develop and implement the Circular.
