How is the "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Public Security" Regulated?

Circular 35/2015/TT-BCA stipulates detailed models of merit awards and commendation forms in the People's Public Security, issued by the Minister of Public Security on July 28, 2015.

Circular 35/2015/TT-BCA stipulates that the model "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Public Security" must conform to the following form and content:

Form: Rectangular shape, dimensions 800mm long, 600mm wide, made of double-layer red satin fabric. The flag is embroidered with yellow thread, uppercase letters, in bold, upright font style; the font type and size should be adjusted appropriately based on the embroidery content to ensure elegance and formality.

Content:

- First line: Embroidered with the words “MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SECURITY”, in uppercase, bold, upright font style;- Second line: Embroidered with the word “AWARD”, in uppercase, bold, upright font style;- Below the second line, a five-pointed yellow star is embroidered in the center;- Below the yellow star, the name of the unit awarded the "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Public Security" is embroidered, in uppercase, bold, upright font style;- Below the unit name, the achievement content is embroidered in uppercase, bold, upright font style.

Three types of "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Public Security":

- "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Public Security" awarded to departments, Police, and Firefighting & Rescue police in localities with outstanding achievements in the "For National Security" emulation movement (Model No. 01).- "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Public Security" awarded to grassroots units with outstanding achievements in the "For National Security" emulation movement (Model No. 02).- "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Public Security" awarded to collectives with outstanding achievements in the all-people movement to protect national security (Model No. 03).
