How is the Evaluation of Athletes' Training Levels Conducted?

Circular 03/2015/TT-BVHTTDL stipulates the activities for scientific inspection to evaluate the level of sports training and health examination of athletes, which should be conducted annually based on the Inspection Plan approved by the General Department of Physical Education and Sports.

To be specific, the Inspection Council implements the inspection as follows:

- Develop an inspection outline with the following basic contents: determine the professional conditions, related legal regulations expected to be applied during the inspection; estimated time to complete the inspection; list of personnel conducting the inspection, the individual assigned to preside over the inspection, information about the capabilities of the individuals conducting the inspection;- In necessary cases, the Inspection Council shall propose the survey of the inspection subjects to serve the planning and implementation of the inspection;- Collect information and documents related to the inspection content;- Conduct the inspection;- Formulate the inspection results.

Note: During the implementation process, the Inspection Council must fully, truthfully, and promptly record the entire inspection process in writing. The written record of the implementation process must be kept in the Inspection Dossier. The Inspection Council has the right to use experimental results, additional tests, or professional conclusions made by other individuals or organizations with sufficient conditions and appropriate capacities to serve the inspection.
