How is the complaint handled?

Accordingly, Circular 02 stipulates that within 03 working days from the date of assignment, the official shall study the content of the denunciation application and propose to the competent person to handle it as follows:

- In case the denunciation application falls within the jurisdiction as prescribed in Article 157 of the Law on Civil Judgment Execution, the denunciation application will be accepted; if the application does not meet the conditions for acceptance, a written response will be provided to the complainant, stating the reasons or guiding the complainant to supplement information and documents related to the denunciation for acceptance to resolve.- In case the denunciation application falls within the jurisdiction of a lower-level civil judgment execution agency or another agency, it shall be transferred to the competent agency for resolution and notify the complainant.- In case the denunciation application has been transferred, instructed, responded, or resolved according to the law but the complainant still continues to submit the same content; the application is sent simultaneously to multiple agencies, of which one has the authority to resolve, or the complainant has been invited twice to clarify the details of the denunciation but does not appear or provide information and documents, the application will be archived.- In case the denounced act shows signs of a crime, the person with the authority to resolve the denunciation shall issue a written document transferring the denunciation application and accompanying files and documents to the investigating agency or the competent People's Procuracy for handling according to law.
