How can casino players receive their winnings?

Accordingly, Circular 10 stipulates that foreign players are entitled to receive rewards in foreign currencies or in Vietnamese dong. To be specific:

In case foreign players receive rewards in cash foreign currency, the following applies:

- They are allowed to sell the foreign currency to an authorized bank or foreign exchange agent of an authorized credit institution for Vietnamese dong;- They are allowed to transfer the rewarded foreign currency abroad through an authorized bank;- They are allowed to have the authorized bank verify the amount of rewarded foreign currency to be brought abroad in accordance with Article 9 of this Circular;- They are allowed to deposit the rewarded foreign currency into their foreign currency payment account opened at an authorized bank;

In case foreign players receive rewards via foreign currency transfer, Circular 10 stipulates the following:

- The rewarded foreign currency is to be transferred from the enterprise's specialized foreign currency account to the foreign player's foreign currency payment account opened at an authorized bank;- The rewarded foreign currency is to be transferred from the enterprise's specialized foreign currency account to the foreign player's account opened abroad;

In case foreign players receive rewards in Vietnamese dong, the specifics are:

- They are allowed to deposit Vietnamese dong cash into their Vietnamese dong payment account opened at an authorized bank (in case they receive the reward in cash);- The rewarded Vietnamese dong is to be transferred from the enterprise's payment account to the foreign player's Vietnamese dong payment account opened at an authorized bank (in case they receive the reward via bank transfer);

At the same time, Circular 10 also stipulates that foreign players can authorize the enterprise to contact the authorized bank to execute transactions such as depositing foreign currency, transferring foreign currency, and obtaining confirmation for bringing foreign currency cash abroad. The authorization between the parties is conducted in writing as per legal regulations.

Vietnamese players are entitled to receive rewards in Vietnamese dong (both in cash or bank transfer).
