Hanoi-Vietnam: What is the sequence for sending reports by the Market Management Force?

Recently, the Vietnam Minister of Industry and Trade issued Circular 41/2013/TT-BCT stipulating reporting policies for the Market Management Force.

The time and sequence for sending reports by the Market Management Force in Vietnam are stipulated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Circular 41/2013/TT-BCT as follows:

The Market Management Department compiles and sends repor

- Weekly reports must be completed and sent by 16:00 every Friday;

- Monthly reports must be completed and sent on the 28th of each month;

- Quarterly reports must be completed and sent on the 28th of the last month of the quarter;

- Semi-annual reports must be completed and sent on June 28;

- Annual reports must be completed and sent on December 28;

- Specialized reports and ad-hoc reports must be completed on time as required by the competent authority.

The Market Management Sub-Department compiles and sends reports

- Weekly reports must be completed and sent every Thursday;

- Monthly reports must be completed and sent on the 24th of each month;

- Quarterly reports must be completed and sent on the 24th of the last month of the quarter;

- Semi-annual reports must be completed and sent on June 24;

- Annual reports must be completed and sent on December 24;

- Specialized reports and ad-hoc reports must be completed on time as required by the competent authority.

The Market Management Team compiles and sends reports

- Weekly reports must be completed and sent every Wednesday;

- Monthly reports must be completed and sent on the 20th of each month;

- Quarterly reports must be completed and sent on the 20th of the last month of the quarter;

- Semi-annual reports must be completed and sent on June 20;

- Annual reports must be completed and sent on December 20;

- Specialized reports and ad-hoc reports must be completed on time as required by the competent authority.
