Handling Violations Regarding Professional Military Identification

Decree 59/2016/ND-CP has been issued by the Government of Vietnam stipulating the Identification of professional soldiers, defense workers, and public employees.

- Professional soldiers, defense workers, and public defense employees who misuse, alter, lend, lose or retain the Identification Card when it is no longer in use, depending on the level of violation, will be subject to disciplinary action or criminal prosecution.- Any person who commits acts of counterfeiting, destroying, retaining, or using another's Professional Military Identification Card, Defense Workers, and Public Defense Employees Identification Card for any purpose, depending on the level of violation, will be subject to administrative penalties or criminal prosecution.
