Guidelines for Scoring the Evaluation of Administrative Procedure Resolution

Circular 01/2018/TT-VPCP has been issued by the Office of the Government of Vietnam providing guidelines for the implementation of several provisions of Decree 61/2018/ND-CP on the implementation of the single-window and interconnected single-window mechanisms in the handling of administrative procedures.

- Scoring for the criteria at Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7, Article 13 of Circular 01 is conducted for each case file of administrative procedure resolution.- Scoring for the criteria at Clauses 5, 6, 8, and 9, Article 13 of Circular 01 is conducted for the One-Stop Shop Section and the authorities, units, and organizations authorized to resolve administrative procedures.- Methods of receiving evaluation information- Criteria at Clauses 1, 3, 4, 7, Article 13 of Circular 01 are carried out through evaluation forms, electronic evaluation devices; the online evaluation function of the electronic one-stop information system.- Criteria at Clauses 2, 6, 8, 9, Article 13 of Circular 01 are implemented through the online evaluation function of the electronic one-stop information system.- In addition to the above methods, information is also collected through practical inspections, reports, and approval decisions related to the organization and implementation of administrative procedure resolution.
