Funds for purchasing plant quarantine officials' uniforms in Vietnam

Circular 30/2015/TT-BNNPTNT stipulates that the funds for purchasing plant quarantine officials' uniforms are drawn from the annual budget of the unit.

Additionally, the Circular also specifies the purposes of using uniforms, badges, insignias, signs, and cards for plant quarantine officials as follows:

- Plant quarantine insignias are printed on certain documents, forms, specialized work tools, souvenirs, and other symbols of the sector.

- The plant quarantine badge is attached to the képi hat, soft hat, and worn on the collar of the plant quarantine uniform.

- The plant quarantine insignia is attached to the shoulders of the plant quarantine uniform to distinguish the ranks of the leaders of competent plant quarantine authorities at various levels and the grade of plant quarantine officials.

- The plant quarantine symbol is worn on the left chest of the plant quarantine uniform.

- The plant quarantine officer card is issued by the Director of the Plant Protection Department for use and presentation during the performance of plant quarantine duties.

- The plant quarantine uniform includes: trousers, shirts (spring-summer, autumn-winter), képi hat, soft hat, tie, shoes, raincoat, document bag, warm jacket, and other uniforms specified in Article 1 of this Circular used by plant quarantine officials while on duty.
