Forms of Organization and Basic Cultural Activities

This is one of the basic contents specified in Circular 26/2017/TT-BGDDT on regulations for organizing cultural activities of students in educational institutions.

Specifically, according to Article 6 of Circular 26/2017/TT-BGDDT, the basic forms of organizing cultural activities include:

1. Developing a reading culture; organizing activities at the school library, reading rooms, research rooms; equipping class bookshelves; gaining cultural knowledge through the system of books, newspapers, magazines, and other information and communication means.

2. Organizing thematic talks on culture and society; organizing the exploration of historical fields and traditional national culture.

3. Organizing cultural, literary, artistic, and aesthetic creation clubs such as literature, music, painting, theater, cinema, and other fields of art; sports activities, recreational games, etc.

4. Organizing propaganda and promotion through various forms: Notice boards, posters, slogans, publications; broadcasting stations, information pages, propaganda paintings, and other appropriate forms.

5. Organizing exchanges between students inside and outside the country; organizing other social activities.

6. Organizing regular cultural, art performances, exhibitions, and film screenings for students; integrating cultural activities and arts associated with events, festivals, holidays, and traditional days of educational institutions and local communities where students reside.

7. Organizing activities to pay tribute to those who have contributed to the nation, remembering the source of water, humanitarian acts, volunteering for the community, environmental protection, and other activities.

8. Organizing other cultural activities that comply with the law, cultural traditions, and social ethical standards.
