Forms for Evaluation Reports of Bid Documents on the National Bidding Network

Recently, the Minister of Planning and Investment has issued Circular 05/2018/TT-BKHDT detailing the preparation of bid evaluation reports for packages organized for contractor selection on the National Bidding Network System.

The evaluation of bid dossiers on the National Bidding Network System (E-HSDT) is conducted according to the following templates:

- Template No. 01A: Applicable for non-consulting services, procurement of goods, and construction packages under the one stage one-envelope method and evaluated according to Procedure 01 in Clause 6, Article 15 Circular 04/2017/TT-BKHDT;- Template No. 01B: Applicable for non-consulting services, procurement of goods, and construction packages according to Procedure 02, Clause 6, Article 15, Circular 04/2017/TT-BKHDT;- Template No. 02: Applicable for procurement of goods and construction packages under the one stage two-envelope method specified in Clause 1, Article 29 and Clause 1, Article 32, Circular 04/2017/TT-BKHDT;- Template No. 03: Applicable for consulting services packages as specified in Clause 1, Article 29 and Clause 1, Article 32, Circular 04/2017/TT-BKHDT.
