Duties of the Specialized Inspection Advisory Division

Advisory Department on Specialized Inspection Tasks Shall Perform the Following Duties:

- Preside over and cooperate with related units and departments under the Directorate, Department in constructing inspection programs and plans to submit to the Head of the direct managing agency;- Implement inspections according to the plan; conduct regular inspections; conduct extraordinary inspections when assigned by the Head of the agency;- Resolve complaints, denunciations, and anti-corruption tasks according to the law when assigned;- Summarize, evaluate, and report the results of specialized inspection tasks; resolve complaints, denunciations, and anti-corruption activities;- Assist the Head of the unit in monitoring, urging, and checking the implementation of inspection conclusions, recommendations, and decisions within their authority;- Handle within their authority or recommend the competent state agency to handle legal violations discovered through the inspection work;- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of the agency and according to the provisions of the law.
