In Article 8 of the Draft Circular regulating the teachers' teaching conference for vocational education, it is stipulated that the Secretary Subcommittee of the Teaching conference is decided and established by the Head of the Organizing Committee of the Teaching conference. The number of members of the Secretary Subcommittee will depend on the requirements of the scale of the Teaching conference.

The composition of the Secretary Subcommittee includes: the Head of the Secretary Subcommittee, who is a member of the Organizing Committee, and other members.

Additionally, this Draft also specifies the detailed duties of the Secretary Subcommittee as follows:

- Assisting the Head of the Organizing Committee in preparing the content for the Organizing Committee meetings, and the Board of Examiners' meetings;

- Receiving and managing the conference participation dossiers from units and individuals;

- Compiling the list of teachers participating in the conference and organizing the list according to subcommittees;

- Summarizing the evaluation results of the teaching presentations as per regulations;

- Safekeeping conference materials and results;

- Collecting opinions and suggestions from teachers and units participating in the conference, and reporting them to the Head of the Organizing Committee for review and decision.
