- Costs for project preparation, economic-technical reports for the preservation and renovation of national relics, provincial relics are calculated based on the cost norms for project preparation, economic-technical investment reports for civil works issued by the Ministry of Construction effective at the time of application;- Costs for project preparation, economic-technical reports for the preservation and renovation of special national relics are calculated based on the cost norms for project preparation, economic-technical investment reports for civil works issued by the Ministry of Construction effective at the time of application and multiplied by coefficient K = 1.3.

Note: In case a project, economic-technical report has different contents (preservation, renovation, restoration), the determination of the coefficient for the project, economic-technical report is determined by separating the volume of each part according to a preliminary investment report prepared first and adjusted after the project, economic-technical report is approved.
