the Government of Vietnam has signed and issued Decree 106/2016/ND-CP stipulating business conditions for sports activities.

Issuance of Certificates of Eligibility for Sports Business Operations is carried out as follows:

- The enterprise sends 01 set of application documents to the agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility at the place of business registration.- The issuing agency provides the enterprise with a receipt of the application. In cases where the application needs amendments or supplements, the agency shall notify directly or in writing the enterprise of the necessary amendments or supplements within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the application.- Within 07 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents, the issuing agency shall organize an appraisal of the requirements and issue the Certificate of Eligibility. In case of non-issuance, the issuing agency must provide a written response stating the reasons.- The receipt of documents and return of results shall be carried out at the office of the issuing agency or via postal service, electronic network.
