the Government of Vietnam promulgates Decree 110/2017/ND-CP on the organization and operation of the inspection in the field of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
At Article 15 of Decree 110 stipulating the specialized inspection contents in the field of children and other social policies, including the following contents:
First, Inspect the compliance with legal provisions on policies to protect and care for children within the scope of powers and responsibilities of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs: Implementation of the national action program for children; child protection program; implementation of children’s rights, care, and nurturing of children in special circumstances and other programs and plans for the protection, care, and education of children within the scope of powers and responsibilities of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
Second, Inspect the compliance with policies and laws on poverty reduction and social assistance; implementation of the national target program on poverty reduction and other social assistance programs under the authority and responsibility of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
Third, Inspect the compliance with legal provisions on gender equality; implementation of the national target program on gender equality under the authority and responsibility of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
Fourth, Inspect the compliance with legal provisions on policies and solutions to prevent prostitution; drug addiction treatment; post-rehabilitation management; support for victims of human trafficking; organization and activities of Social Protection Centers - Education - Labor Centers; post-rehabilitation management facilities.
Fifth, Inspect the compliance with legal provisions on other related contents in the field of labor, invalids, and social affairs.
