Recently, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment signed and promulgated Circular 36/2014/TT-BTNMT detailing the methods for land valuation; formulation and adjustment of land pricing tables; specific land valuation and consultancy on land price determination.
Based on the decision to select an organization with the function of land price valuation advisory, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DoNRE) signs a contract to hire the organization with the function of land price valuation advisory.
To be specific: the contract to hire the organization with the function of land price valuation advisory includes the following main contents:
- Name, address of the DoNRE; the organization with the function of land price valuation advisory;- Purpose of land valuation;- Information about the parcel to be valued: location, area, land type, and land use term of the parcel to be valued;- Duration for conducting the land price valuation;- Land valuation results include: Market land price information collection form; summary results of market land prices; Land valuation certificate and explanatory report on the construction of land price plan and land price adjustment coefficient;- Land valuation costs and payment methods;- Rights and obligations of the parties in the performance of the contract.
