Consultancy support activities for small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam

On March 29, 2019, the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam issued Circular No. 06/2019/TT-BKHĐT on guidelines for organization and operation of consultant network, consultancy support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) through consultant network.

According to Circular No. 06/2019/TT-BKHĐT of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, organization of consultant network, consultancy support for SMEs shall include the following activities:

Organizing consultant network:

- Establishing requirements and recognizing members of the consultant network.

- Publishing consultant network.

- Managing, supervising, and evaluating the operation of the consultant network.

Providing consultancy support for SMEs:

- SMEs choose consultants in the consultant network.

- Receive applications for consultancy support.

- Approve consultancy support.

- Manage, supervise, and evaluate the consultancy for SMEs.
