Conditions to Become the General Director of a Computerized Lottery Company

Circular 120 stipulates that the General Director must meet the following standards and conditions:

- Have full civil capacity and not be prohibited from managing enterprises under the provisions of the Law on Enterprises.- Be within the appointment age as prescribed by current law.- Possess a university degree or higher; have business and enterprise management abilities, and have at least 03 years of experience in managing and operating a business in the Company's business sector.- Not be the spouse, biological father, adoptive father, biological mother, adoptive mother, biological child, adopted child, biological brother, biological sister, or biological sibling of the Chairman of the Company, Controller, Deputy General Director, Chief Accountant, head, deputy head of the parent organization's representative body.- Not concurrently holding a position as an official in state agencies or political organizations, socio-political organizations.- Have never been dismissed from the positions of Chairman of the Members' Council, member of the Members' Council, Chairman of the Company, Director or General Director, Deputy General Director or Deputy Director at the Company or other state-owned enterprises.- Not concurrently hold the position of General Director or Director of another enterprise.- Have good health, good moral character, honesty, and integrity; knowledgeable and have a sense of legal compliance.- Other standards and conditions specified by law.
