On June 10, 2016, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular 15/2016/TT-BNNPTNT guiding the conditions and criteria for enjoying investment support for infrastructure development for agricultural cooperatives.

Agricultural cooperatives wishing to receive support for infrastructure investment development must meet the following general conditions:

- The agricultural cooperative must be established, organized, and operate in accordance with the Law on Cooperatives;- The infrastructure investment development project of the agricultural cooperative must ensure:

- The proposed infrastructure project for support must align with the production, business, and service needs of the agricultural cooperative;- Must conform to related planning;- Must have a plan for exploitation, maintenance, and upkeep, along with a plan for production and business activities for the infrastructure project requesting support;- Must contribute matching funds according to the approved project but a minimum of 20% of the total investment.

Refer to the priority order for receiving support in Circular 15/2016/TT-BNNPTNT effective from July 25, 2016.
