Circular 36: Guidance on Determining Areas for Land Valuation Tables

According to Circular 36/2014/TT-BTNMT, the determination of areas for constructing land price tables for homestead land in rural areas, commercial land in rural areas, non-agricultural production and business land that is not commercial land in rural areas, land for building office headquarters, land for constructing public works, land used for public purposes, and other non-agricultural land in rural areas shall be based on each commune and implemented according to the following regulations:

- Area 1: is the area with the highest profitability and the most advantageous infrastructural conditions;- Subsequent areas: are areas with lower profitability and less advantageous infrastructural conditions compared to the immediately preceding area.
