In the case of having a university degree or higher, meeting the standards and conditions of the forest ranger rank, when participating in the exam to be promoted to the forest ranger rank, they shall be exempted from the time requirement of holding the rank as stipulated in Point e, Clause 3, Article 18 of Circular 07.- Civil servants currently holding the rank of junior forest ranger (code 10.229), without a professional qualification, shall retain current policies as they are for a period of 05 years from January 24, 2016.
