Circular 64/2017/TT-BCA has been issued by the Ministry of Public Security amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular 15/2014/TT-BCA regulating vehicle registration.

Circular 64 has amended and supplemented the regulations on vehicle license plates of agencies, organizations with State management functions. Specifically, the new regulations are as follows:

License plates with a blue background, white letters and numbers, and the license plate series sequentially use one of the following letters: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, L, M assigned to vehicles of:

- Agencies of the Communist Party; Office of the President; Office of the National Assembly and agencies of the National Assembly;- Office of the delegation of the National Assembly, People's Councils at all levels;- People's Public Security, People's Courts, People's Procuracies;- Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam;- National Traffic Safety Committee;- People's Committees at all levels and specialized agencies under the provincial and district-level People's Committees...
