This is a notable content regulated in Circular 41/2017/TT-BYT, which abolishes certain legal normative documents promulgated by the Minister of Health and jointly issued.
According to the provisions of Circular 41/2017/TT-BYT, the following 07 legal documents of the Ministry of Health will be completely annulled:
- Decision 2244/2002/QD-BYT Regulations on hygiene and safety conditions for meat processing facilities and meat products.- Decision 1113/2003/QD-BYT "Temporary guidance on diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of transmission of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS)."- Decision 08/2007/QD-BYT Approval of the action program for monitoring HIV/AIDS and evaluating the program.- Circular 06/2008/TT-BYT Guidelines on admission training for university linkages in the fields of medicine and pharmacy.- Circular 17/2009/TT-BYT Guidelines on inspection, supervision, and resolution of complaints and denunciations in health agencies.- Circular 44/2013/TT-BYT Addition of occupational talc pneumoconiosis to the list of occupational diseases covered by insurance and guidance on diagnosis and assessment.- Joint Circular 25/2014/TTLT-BYT-BTC Regulations on the management and use of budget support for the examination and treatment of addiction to opioid substances with substitution medication.
