6.92% Increase in Pensions, Social Insurance Allowances, and Monthly Allowances

Commune-level officials as regulated by Decree 92/2009/ND-CP, Decree 121/2003/ND-CP, and Decree 09/1998/ND-CP who are receiving a pension and monthly allowance.
Persons currently receiving a monthly allowance for labor incapacity as regulated by law; persons receiving a monthly allowance under Decision 91/2000/QD-TTg, Decision No. 613/QD-TTg; rubber workers receiving a monthly allowance.
Commune-level officials receiving a monthly allowance under Decision 130/CP and Decision 111-HDBT.
Military personnel receiving a monthly allowance under Decision 142/2008/QD-TTg, Decision 38/2010/QD-TTg.
Public security officers receiving a monthly allowance under Decision 53/2010/QD-TTg.
Military personnel, public security officers, and cipher employees receiving salaries similar to military personnel, public security officers, receiving a monthly allowance under Decision 62/2011/QD-TTg.
Persons receiving a monthly occupational accident and occupational disease allowance.
