To be specific, in Article 1 of Circular 57/2015/TT-BGTVT, the waters in the seaports under Ba Ria - Vung Tau province are announced to include the following areas:

Waters of Vung Tau seaport.
Waters of the offshore oil and gas port of Bach Ho field.
Waters of the offshore oil and gas port of Rong field.
Waters of the offshore oil and gas port of Dai Hung field.
Waters of the offshore oil and gas port of Rang Dong field.
Waters of the offshore oil and gas port of Rong Doi - Rong Doi Tay field.
Waters of the offshore oil and gas port of Te Giac Trang field.
Waters of the offshore oil and gas port of Chim Sao field.

Additionally, the scope of the waters in the seaports under Ba Ria - Vung Tau province calculated according to the highest tidal water level is stipulated in Article 2 of this Circular.
